Our IP Fundamentals Half-Day Camp is dedicated to teaching the foundational skills needed by every hockey player. Richcraft Sensplex - Weeks 6 (Aug 7-11), 8 (Aug 21-25)

  • 2.5  hours of daily on-ice skill development in a full-day camp format, focused on the foundational skills needed by all players.
  • The core focus of the camp is an emphasis on proper skating technique, as players will work on developing the basic mechanisms of a strong and efficient skating stride and improving balance and agility. Over the course of the week, lessons will include forward and backwards stride, starts & stops, crossovers, and tight turns. Instructors will also introduce the key concepts of passing, shooting, and maintaining puck control, in order to ensure well-rounded development.

  • Instruction designed to increase confidence and enjoyment of hockey, while getting each player ready to advance to the next level in the upcoming season.

  • Off-ice sessions will include playing sports with skills transferable to hockey, hockey-related classroom sessions, instruction that teaches each player how to put on his or her own equipment, and other fun activities.

    Please note that we will have at least one bilingual instructor with each camp group at the Richcraft Sensplex to accommodate all participants.



Participants in all full-day camps have the option of purchasing a quality lunch plan provided by Stanley's Fresh Grill at the Bell and Richcraft Sensplex at a cost of $12/day including taxes and gratuities ($12/day or $60/week all-in). Participants may also pack their own lunch; though please note that our camps are a nut-free environment.


If you wish to have your camper paired with a friend, please indicate that request upon registering online. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but please be mindful that we cannot guarantee that friend requests will be honoured, as groupings are based on age, skill level and enrollment date.
