Designed to push participants to become more efficient and powerful skaters, in an ice-only camp format that will challenge players of all abilities. Participants will work on work on mastering all four edges, as well as developing their balance, forward stride, backward stride, quick starts, agility and crossovers.

Skill Level Requirements: This camp is open to players of all skill levels. Players must be able to stand and propel themselves around the ice on their own.

The Performance & Power Skating Camp will take place over the course of a week and will feature the following:

• 75 min per day of on-ice skill development. This is an ice-only camp.
• The camp is designed to push participants to become more efficient, balanced, agile, and powerful skaters and will challenge players of all abilities.
• Lessons will feature work on forward and backward stride, stops and starts, cross overs and pivots.
• Cavanagh editions of the camp feature 1.25 hours of ice-time daily vs. the traditional 1 hour.

Please note that we will have at least one bilingual instructor with each camp group at the Richcraft Sensplex to accommodate all participants.
