Senators Elite (SEHD) is excited for another year of our seven-week high-performance development program featuring two (2) ice times weekly, classroom sessions focusing on elite habits and intangible qualities, and competitive tournament play in June used to reinforce the training elements covered throughout; all beginning after tryouts have completed. This program is designed exclusively for Tier I calibre players to attack the skills and tactics most beneficial for their level of play.
Program Features
7 Week Program
Seven week program beginning tentatively on Monday, May 11.
Ice Time
16.5 hours of ice (two ice times weekly x 7 weeks, skipping Victoria Day). Mondays consist of 1-hour advanced individual skills sessions. Wednesdays consist of a 1.5-hour tactics-based session.
Group Participation
Tournament group participation as a team for additional tactical development and to reinforce key training elements of the program.
3 Classroom Sessions
Three classroom sessions focused on maximizing athletic performance and intangible qualities.
Provided Gear
Practice jersey & socks.
Limited Space
Space is extremely limited: maximum 15 skaters + 2 goaltenders.
Professional Coaching
All drills and practices designed exclusively by the Senators Elite professional coaching staff.

More Information
The 2014 High-Performance Spring Training Program is exclusively for players currently rostered at a Tier I level. Players who meet the criteria and apply will be evaluated by non-parent, professional high-performance coaches and notified of their status within two weeks of application.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Planning for all Sensplex programs, camps and leagues is based on current enrollment numbers well in advance of the start date. As a result, no refunds or cancellations are permitted except for medical reasons. If a player is unable to attend their camp, program or league (and notice is given prior to the start date) due to medical reasons, he/she will receive a credit for their full amount paid less a $35 administrative fee, which may be used for any camp, program or league taking place within the next one (1) full calendar year. A doctor’s note is required to substantiate this type of cancellation, and this note must be provided within 1 week of notification.
