PEP Elite 

 

Power Edge Pro is an on-ice player development system utilizing propriety equipment and training patterns. The system focuses on Reactive Countering Training; engaging multiple motor skills simultaneously to develop a player’s performance. All patterns are completed while maintaining puck control and are designed to provide 5x as many repetitions as standard drill based practices, leading to faster development of elite skills. Each PEP session will focus on reinforcing proper puck control mechanics and body position for each player with added resistance from PEP training systems.

  • Ages: Atom – Midget (2004-2009)
  • Skill Level Requirements: Restricted to players playing at a Tier I & II (2004-2009) or Tier I (2010).

To protect the competitive nature of this program, all applications are subject to review. Restricted to players who are playing Tier I & II hockey during the 2020-2021 season (AAA or AA)

With many Tier I & II players beginning their minor hockey this month, players will now have the ability to pick from two options to best fit their schedule.

  1. 5 Session Pack ($45 per session) – Ability to select 5 or more dates that fit your schedule from October through December. *When choosing this option, please select the 5 Session Pack option for each date that works.
  2. Single Session ($50) – Ability to select a single date that fits your schedule during the fall. *When choosing this option, please select the Single Session option for the date you want.

  • Age 10 Atom – born 2010

EQUIPMENT

All of our hockey programs require full equipment to be provided by the parent/guardian. No child shall participate without: Hockey skates, CSA- approved helmet (with cage), neck guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock or jill, shin pads, hockey gloves and a hockey stick. Mouth guards are optional.
