The Performance & Power Skating – designed to push participants to become more efficient and powerful skaters. It will include lessons on forward and backwards stride, starts & stops, crossovers, tight turns and overall lateral mobility. This program is open to players of all abilities.
Shooting & Puck Control – develop the ability to shoot with accuracy, quickness and power, the confidence to maintain and control the puck in every game situation, and the stick-handling techniques needed to take your game to the next level. This program is open to players of all abilities.
OSHP Advanced Skills – will feature top instructors delivering group instruction and pushing competitive-calibre players through advanced skill development drills. This program is restricted to competitive players only.
Intro 2 Hockey – introduce your son or daughter to Canada’s favorite game, in a fun, supportive environment under the watchful eye of our best Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs instructors.
IP Fundamental Skills – dedicated to teaching the foundational skills needed by all hockey players, in a once-per-week format designed to supplement their minor hockey program as an IP or Junior Fundamentals player.
Power Edge Pro is an on-ice player development system utilizing propriety equipment and training patterns. The system focuses on Reactive Countering Training; engaging multiple motor skills simultaneously to develop a player’s performance.
The Girls Advanced Skills camp will feature top OSHP instructors delivering primarily group instruction and pushing competitive-calibre players through advanced skill development drills.
All of our hockey programs require full equipment to be provided by the parent/guardian. No child shall participate without: Hockey skates, CSA- approved helmet (with cage), neck guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock or jill, shin pads, hockey gloves and a hockey stick. Please note that a mouth guard is optional, but recommended.
