This elite level Senators Elite Program is intended for AAA & AA PLAYERS ONLY. All registrations are subject to review by the Head of Hockey Development to protect the elite nature of this program.
Program Features
Advanced Skill Development
Advanced skill development in an up-tempo and challenging environment lead by only top calibre Senators Elite instructors.
Ice Time
July & August will feature 1.5-hour ice sessions that include a combination of full-ice, high tempo flow drills, along with station work with a focus on individual skills which translate to enhanced game performance. Additional curriculum details below.
Limited Space
Sessions will be limited to a maximum of 18 skaters and 2 goalies. Please note, goaltenders will not receive any individual instruction throughout the session but rather be integrated into drills with live shooters.
Drop-in Registration
The HPP program features a drop-in registration format where players are able to pick-and-chose the dates that work best for them.

- Execution with pace
- Elite-level skating: stride, agility, explosiveness, transitions, overspeed skating
- Shooting and scoring, shot selection, off-balance shooting, shooting in stride, quick release-shooting
- Passing and receiving
- Puck handling and puck protection
- Proper body, skate and stick positions
- Playing in tight spaces: puck protection, creating separation, proper use of edges and change of pace
- Evasive moves and deception
- Seams: skating, passing and receiving
- Wall play, angling, checking and compete

The High Performance Player Program is exclusively for players currently rostered at a Tier I or Tier II level. Players who meet the criteria and apply will be evaluated by non-parent, professional high-performance coaches and notified of their status within two weeks of application.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Planning for all Sensplex programs, camps and leagues is based on current enrollment numbers well in advance of the start date. As a result, no refunds or cancellations are permitted except for medical reasons. If a player is unable to attend their camp, program or league (and notice is given prior to the start date) due to medical reasons, he/she will receive a credit for their full amount paid less a $35 administrative fee, which may be used for any camp, program or league taking place within the next one (1) full calendar year. A doctor’s note is required to substantiate this type of cancellation, and this note must be provided within 1 week of notification.
