Meeting Rooms
Modern and customizable meeting spaces are available at each of the three Sensplex facilities. The Bell Sensplex & Richcraft Sensplex each have one meeting room, both with unique views overlooking arenas. The Cavanagh Sensplex as well has only one meeting room, but it can accommodate small groups of eight or less or larger groups of up to 80 people.
Bell Sensplex
This meeting room is located off the hallway on the 2nd floor between the BrokerLink Arena and Milk Up Arena. The room features a 70″ HD LED TV for your presentation and video needs, HDMI connection cords not included. Additionally, the room can be customized to suit your needs in boardroom style for 16-30, theatre style for 50, or classroom style for smaller groups. TO CONNECT TO TV, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HDMI CABLE.

Richcraft Sensplex
This meeting room is located one the 2nd floor and overlooks the HEO Arena. The room features a 70″ HD LED TV for your presentation and video needs, HDMI connection cords not included. Additionally, the room can be customized to suit your needs in boardroom style for up to 24, theatre style for 50 or classroom style for 16-20. TO CONNECT TO TV, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HDMI CABLE.

Cavanagh Sensplex
The West Carleton Community Complex (Cavanagh Sensplex) has an option to fit your needs. Whether you’re looking for a place to host a business meeting, community event or a team party, there is space and flexibility to accommodate. Full catering is available upon request.
Roly Armitage Hall
The old Council Chambers, newly named Roly Armitage Hall, can accommodate up to 80 people. Several windows provide natural light and a great setting for any meeting or team event. Screen is available to be used with your own projector. Please note there is currently no Public WIFI available in the meeting room.
Rate: $20.00/hr + HST
Full Day Rate: $120.00 + HST
