Welcome to Hands HQ – our newest camp offering dedicated purely to becoming more deceptive and in control of the puck. Players will be focused on mastering specific dekes most relevant to the modern game and gaining the ability to shift quickly in all directions while keeping maintaining possession of the puck.
A unique setup where rather than being in small stations, players will travel individually in lanes to perform maximum repetitions of the same move consecutively as they skate down the ice. This will quickly build muscle memory and confidence in their puck handling ability with each maneuver. Each day will add another move to your player’s toolkit with loads of reps under their belt! Please note, the competitive stream of this camp will feature more advanced and complicated maneuvers compared to the recreational camp.
Please note this camp is for players who played the 2025-2026 season at the competitive level. Registrations are subject to review.

Camp Features
- This camp is an ice-only camp that takes place Monday to Friday, and features no off-ice activities.
- Ice times will focus on toe drag/backhand toe drag, triangle moves, slip move, toe drag push and much more.
- Participants will be separated into groups appropriate with their age and calibre.
- The Hands HQ Camp is restricted to players that played competitive hockey during the 2025-26 season. All applications are subject to review.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All Sensplex programs and camps are planned based on enrollment numbers well in advance of the program start date. As such, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted, except in cases of medical necessity.
If a participant is unable to attend a camp or program due to medical reasons and provides notice prior to the start date, they will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less a $35 administration fee. This credit may be applied to any Sensplex camp or program occurring within the next one (1) full calendar year.
A doctor’s note is required to validate medical cancellations and must be submitted within one week of notification. Please note that all credits issued are non-transferable.
