Holmes & Hockey

Over the course of 12 weeks, players will spend each 50-minute session split between Ashley Holmes for true skating and edgework, and skills led by Head of Hockey Development Derek Schoenmakers & his team of Head Hockey Instructors. Players can expect a high tempo skate to increase their ability to play a game that is only getting faster and faster. Pairing Ashley’s knowledge and expertise on building a truly efficient stride and edgework alongside skills without sacrificing speed will have players more ready than they’ve ever been to compete at the highest levels.

This program is restricted to U13-U18 competitive level players. Features of the program will include:

  • Stride work
  • Edgework
  • Passing in motion
  • Shooting in motion
  • Puckhandling
  • Deception
  • Hockey IQ at Speed
  • And Much More
