The best adult hockey league in the city is back for another season! The Ottawa Senators Adult Hockey League (OSAHL) features 19 fast-paced games all at your choice of one of our state-of-the-art facilities; the Bell Sensplex or Richcraft Sensplex.

League Features
Season Dates
The summer season begins at the end of April and runs through the end of August.
Total Games
Teams will play a minimum of 19 games during the season, with additional games for those that advance to the league championship. All games will be played from Sunday to Thursday nights.
Professional Feel
All games will feature music during stoppage and announcements after every goal and penalty.
Real-time Stats & Scores
Full league stats kept, including box scores for every game, updated as the game is happening!
Game Awards
Player of the Game awards presented to a member of each team, following every game.
Top Tier Facilities
All games take place at one of our state-of-the-art four pad facilities featuring the best ice in the city & on-site restaurant for post-game team get togethers. Join us at The Puck Stop in the east-end and Center Ice Sports Bar in the west end.
- All games will be played 5-on-5 with small rule modification to the standard rules of hockey. More information on the final league rules will be provided prior to the start of the season.
- There is no limit on season roster sizes, or the use of spares beyond the usual OSAHL rules. All players must be logged on the game sheet prior to the start of the game to be active. No more than 17 skaters and 1 goalie can be dressed for any given game.
- Each game will feature a 25-minute first period and a 22-minute second period, both with running time. The games also include a two-minute warmup during the 1st period and a one-minute halftime.
- The league will feature separate divisions if we receive enough interest: Co-Ed 19+, Co-Ed 35+, Co-Ed 50+ and Women’s division.
Planning for the OSAHL is based on current enrollment numbers well in advance of the start date. As a result, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
