18th Annual Molson Canadian Cup 

 

The Molson Canadian Cup returns for its 18th great season! This tournament is THE premier adult recreational hockey tournament in the Nation’s Capital.

Friday, April 26th – Sunday, April 28th, 2024

**Teams can expect to play at least one (1) game on Friday evening starting at 4 p.m.**

Depending on the number of teams registered for each division, up to four (4) sub-divisions of teams may be created to better balance the skill level amongst teams.

Additional team donations are always encouraged but are not mandatory. 100% of net proceeds from entry fees will go towards support of the Senators Community Foundation!

Tournament Format

All teams will play three (3) games guaranteed in round-robin play, followed by the playoff rounds for teams whom qualify. Teams should expect to play at least one (1) game on Friday evening, starting no earlier than 4 p.m.

Hosted by Sensplex Tournaments, this tournament is headquarted at the state-of-the-art Bell Sensplex. Here are just some features of the 18th Annual Molson Canadian Cup.

  • Three (3) guaranteed games played + playoff games for those that quality.
  • Longer games than your average adult rec game, featuring 3 x 12 minute stop-time periods (70 minute blocks).
  • Food & beverage certificates for each team to Centre Ice Sports Bar, our on-site full service bar and restaurant that overlooks two of the rinks.
  • Great competition level for ALL skills!
  • Music and announcing for every game and an atmosphere you won’t find elsewhere.
  • Championship and finalist prizing (based on max suggested roster size of 15).
