Meetings rooms are available at all three Sensplex Facilities that are perfect for team video sessions, parent meetings and celebrations.
Both the Bell Sensplex and Richcraft Sensplex offer regular availability for the meeting rooms.
Please note that Meeting Room availability may change at any time.
Once a rental is paid and confirmed, it is considered final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted.

Bell Sensplex (Ottawa West)
Located on the second floor and fully audio/visual-equipped with access to public WiFi.
Richcraft Sensplex (Ottawa East)
Overlooking the HEO ice surface and fully audio/visual-equipped with access to public WiFi.
Cavanagh Sensplex (Ottawa West)
Located next door at the West Carleton Community Center, while it doesn't feature audio/visual, it does have a screen. There is no public WiFi at this
