Power Edge Pro (PEP) Camp
It’s finally here! For over 14 years, the Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs have been the leaders in skill development; employing impeccably well-trained, caring instructors who can tailor development to suit the needs of players from beginner to elite. NOW, they’ve partnered with Joe Quinn (owner & founder of Power Edge Pro) who was recently named to the Hockey News list of top 100 most influential people in hockey, and his PEP organization. The PEP system which trains countless top-level talents such as Connor McDavid, Brady Tkachuk, Matt Duchene, John Tavares, and more will soon be available to you at the Bell Sensplex in west Ottawa and the Richcraft Sensplex in east Ottawa.
What is PEP?
Power Edge Pro is an on-ice player development system utilizing propriety equipment and training patterns. The system focuses on Reactive Countering Training; engaging multiple motor skills simultaneously to develop a player’s performance. All patterns are completed while maintaining puck control and are designed to provide 5x as many repetitions as standard drill based practices, leading to faster development of elite skills.
Each PEP session will focus on reinforcing proper puck control mechanics and body position for each player with added resistance from PEP training systems.
