Adult Skill Development
The Ottawa Senators® Hockey Programs offer a great variety of adult programming at the Bell Sensplex & Richcraft Sensplex in the evening as well as the morning. With numerous options to choose from, each class offers players of all abilities an opportunity to develop their game, stay active and keep fit. Our energetic and knowledgeable instructors will ensure you are on your way to improving your game and having a blast while you are out there!

In this morning class, our instructors will focus on the key skills needed to become a well-rounded player and to enjoy hockey more than ever. Each session will also include a controlled scrimmage allowing OSHP instructors to teach the game and tactics to all players. Each class is 1.25 hours long and, at an affordable cost, for the 12-week program, represents great value for any adult hockey player.
