Get off the couch and become a better “beer league” player with an Evening Adult Skill Development program!
The professional instructors of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs will help adult hockey players with beginner to intermediate abilities develop their skills and get a fun workout at the same time.
In these 11-week evening sessions, adults will have a chance to get on the ice and improve skating, shooting, passing, and puck control with the emphasis placed on becoming a well-rounded player. Come experience game-changing skill development and great exercise through world-class teaching!

The Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs are excited to announce a special OSHP Senators ticket rate for all our 2024-2025 Fall/Winter program participants! By registering in all sessions of any Fall/Winter Weekly Skills Program, you’ll have the ability to add either 2 or 4 tickets to an Ottawa Senators home game this upcoming season at our special OSHP rate.
NOTE: Tickets are optional and at an additional cost and will be for tier 6 games throughout the season. Single session drop-in participants are not eligible .For more information on the ticket options, please click HERE!

All our hockey programs require full equipment. No participating without: Hockey skates, CSA-approved helmet, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock or jill, shin pads, hockey gloves and a hockey stick. Shoulder pads and a neck guard are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. Mouth guards are optional.
