Through precise instruction, error detection, and correction, your skater will work on developing the use of all four edges, as well as enhancing their balance, forward stride, backward stride, quick starts & overall mobility. Puck possession while carrying out these skills will be incorporated as participants progress throughout the week. Instruction will be delivered in both small groups and full ice settings.

The Performance & Power Skating Camp is intended for players at the Recreational level. For development purposes, all participants are subject to evaluation and removal if deemed necessary. While on the ice, participants will be separated into groups appropriate with their age and caliber. This ice-only camp will focus on some of the following concepts & skills:
- Developing comfortability and balance using all four edges
- Building power & speed by breaking down players stride (forward & backward)
- Enhancing mobility using quick feet and tight turns
- Learning how to effectively pivot and transition to maintain speed
- And much more!

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All Sensplex programs and camps are planned based on enrollment numbers well in advance of the program start date. As such, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted, except in cases of medical necessity.
If a participant is unable to attend a camp or program due to medical reasons and provides notice prior to the start date, they will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less a $35 administration fee. This credit may be applied to any Sensplex camp or program occurring within the next one (1) full calendar year.
A doctor’s note is required to validate medical cancellations and must be submitted within one week of notification. Please note that all credits issued are non-transferable.
