Upcoming Clinics (BELL SENSPLEX) – June 8th

Intro 2 Hockey

Date: Saturday June 8th, 2024 at 10:15am
Location: Bell Sensplex
Ages: 2013-2020
Cost: $35
Program Information: Introduce your son or daughter to Canada’s favorite game in a fun and supportive environment under the watchful eye of our best Ottawa Senators Hockey Programs instructors.
Skill Requirements: Beginner

IP Fundamentals

Date: Saturday June 8th, 2024 at 10:15am
Location: Bell Sensplex
Ages: 2016-2019
Cost: $35
Program Information: The IP Fundamental Skills program is dedicated to teaching the foundational skills needed by all hockey player, designed to supplement their minor hockey program as an IP or Junior Fundamentals player.
Skill Requirements: All Skill Levels Welcome


Performance & Power Skating

Date: Saturday June 8th, 2024 at 11:15am & *12:15pm- NEW ADDITION
Location: Bell Sensplex
Ages: 2012-2016

Program Information: The Performance & Power Skating program is designed to push participants to become more efficient and powerful skaters.

Shooting & Puck Control

Date: Saturday June 8th, 2024 at 11:15am &*12:15pm- NEW ADDITION
Location: Bell Sensplex
Ages: 2012-2016
Cost: $35
Program Information: Develop the ability to shoot with accuracy, quickness and power, the confidence to maintain and control the puck in every game situation, and the stick-handling techniques needed to take your game to the next​ level.
Skill Requirements: All Skill Levels Welcome

Miscellaneous Information

EQUIPMENT

All of our hockey programs require full equipment to be provided by the parent/guardian. No child shall participate without: Hockey skates, CSA- approved helmet (with cage), neck guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock or jill, shin pads, hockey gloves and a hockey stick. Mouth guards are optional.
