The Capital Spring 4-on-4 tournament is a FUN spring tournament headquartered at the state-of-the-art Bell Sensplex with divisions for 2011 to 2018 players.

Being a 4-on-4 event, the governing philosophy is that of the hugely popular Ottawa Senators Spring & Summer 4-on-4 Leagues. This means the event is being run purely for the enjoyment of the game by participating players. Groups of players, parents, or coaches with a highly competitive (win at all costs) mentality should not register for this event if they are unable to adjust to suit. Sportsmanship, fast-paced and FUN hockey will be the theme for the tournament.

As such, teams who believe they may be especially strong for their level are asked to register for the competitive division. Should a team register for the recreational division initially only to find they are stronger than they may have originally intended, they are asked to self-report to tournaments@sensplex.ca at least one-week prior to the event if they believe they could be a better fit with competitive players.
