Program Features
The purpose of our Fall Conditioning Camp program is to ensure your player & goalie gets their skating legs back for the start of their season. Sessions will feature:
- Up-tempo drills designed to get players’ skating legs back into top game shape.
- Fast paced stickhandling & shooting drills that will ensure players are comfortable and confident with the puck on their stick while goalies receive live shots and get back into the routine of stopping pucks!
- Great value! With the option to purchase a single event for the price of $40, three event pack for $105 and the full six sessions for just $210!
- These camps are for both male and female minor hockey players entering U7 to U18 this upcoming season. They will feature high-ratio conditioning drills to provide players with an opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season
Please note that each ice session is intended to provide an opportunity for hockey conditioning and will not feature skill development instruction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Sensplex programs and camps are planned based on enrollment numbers well in advance of the program start date. As such, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted, except in cases of medical necessity.
If a participant is unable to attend a camp or program due to medical reasons and provides notice prior to the start date, they will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less a $35 administration fee. This credit may be applied to any Sensplex camp or program occurring within the next one (1) full calendar year.
A doctor’s note is required to validate medical cancellations and must be submitted within one week of notification. Please note that all credits issued are non-transferable.
