All Programs & Camps

The U7 Fundamental Skills program is designed to teach the foundational skills every young hockey player needs. Offered once per week, it complements minor hockey programs for U7 and Junior Fundamentals players.

Sessions focus on proper skating technique, including forward and backward stride, starts and stops, crossovers, and tight turns, as well as the basics of puck control, passing, and shooting. Players work in small groups at skill stations, allowing for plenty of repetitions, personalized feedback, and instructor guidance in a fun and supportive environment.

Our instructors emphasize correct technique, confidence, and enjoyment, helping each player develop strong fundamentals that will benefit them throughout their hockey journey.
